RIDA and Conception/Fertility Issues
A couple trying to conceive would need to be assessed by their doctor to establish the cause of the infertility after one year of trying. Prior to assessment, and after ruling out or addressing any mechanical blockage that likely caused the infertility, the couple should be on a 90day plan. This involves them both taking RIDA Herbal bitters, and at the same time, the Man combines it with Rida Fire for men, while the woman combines with rida Restore for women.
For the woman, she should take the Bitters in the morning and restore at night till the middle of her cycle (ovulation period) when she will stop the use temporarily. She should resume use once she sees her menses until her next ovulation again.
