SMOOTHIES: Smoothies are now popular and they come in handy as quick and healthy meal. Smoothies are made by puréeing fruits and vegetables in a blender. You may decide to mix your fruits to make something yummy or make use of just one fruit with a splash of vegetables. However you make them, you sure will enjoy them.
