Ways To Restore Your Energy Levels Cont’d

Feeling tired and unable to operate at your optimals? Keeping your energy levels high is a deliberate effort you must put in. Find some tips to help you.

In the previous post, we shared some tips on how to be fit for the mornings. Today, we share the concluding part of the tips.

To get your energy levels up a notch you need to :

• Involve yourself in something meaningful during the day. Something that you enjoy everyday. It may be something as little as cooking, listening to your favourite song or talking or  writing. When you put effort into things that matter most to you, it will help you utilise and preserve your energy in ways that will bring out the best in you. You thus go to bed fulfilled and wake up energised.

• What do you think about? What are the thoughts that run through your mind during the day? Your thoughts and state of mind have consequential effects on your overall health. Like the good book say, as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Therefore, maintain a good thought pattern towards yourself and others.

• It has been scientifically proven that stress is one of the leading causes of tiredness. It uses up lots of your energy. So try to minimise stress by doing what relaxes you.

• Drink less alcohol. It has been proven that much alcohol does little or nothing to the body other than consequent damage. So reduce your alcohol intake before bedtime. You’ll be sure to get a better night’s rest and also have more energy when you wake up in the morning.

• Take Rida herbal bitters. It is a perfect mix of carefully selected Herb and Root Extracts which helps you get rid of oxidative stress. It also helps to increase your body’s levels of antioxidants and decrease the formation of free radicals. It sure helps improve your mood.

Get yourself the right measure of energy level by practising the tips above. You don’t have to rush it, just take them one at a time and you will be as fit as a fiddle.
