To get your energy levels up a notch you need to :
• Involve yourself in something meaningful during the day. Something that you enjoy everyday. It may be something as little as cooking, listening to your favourite song or talking or writing. When you put effort into things that matter most to you, it will help you utilise and preserve your energy in ways that will bring out the best in you. You thus go to bed fulfilled and wake up energised.

Like the good book say, as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Therefore, maintain a good thought pattern towards yourself and others.
